eBike Service Policy & Pricing
The growth of the eBike market has required us to become extremely clear about what we do and don't do. GMS will work on all standard bicycle mechanical issues. Many eBikes have manufacturing issues that preclude them from a standard labor rate; tube/tire change, brake pad install, derailleur adjustments to name a few. We only work on the drive systems we sell (Bosch & Shimano) and we charge a premium for service on eBikes on a case-by-case scenario. Finally, GMS believes in integrated eBike systems does not condone the use of aftermarket eBike conversions.
